Hello Again ~

Well, I did it! I earned my certification as a life coach! Yay! What an amazing journey! And I have super enjoyed keeping this blog as part of the process. I’m not sure if I will continue writing here, but I am going to stay open to the possibility. It has supported me so much to share what I’m learning. In fact, writing here has inspired a lot of learning! And even though my formal training is complete I will continue to learn, to grow, and to develop.

Hello there ~

My name is Cassandra Rae and I am earning my credential as a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Academy (ICA). I joined the program in September 2005 and will be graduating in June 2007. Part of the program is to keep a reflective journal via a blog, hence the website you are currently reading!

When I first created my ICA blog I had no idea how powerful it would be. I thought I would just be fulfilling another certification requirement…no big deal, right? Wrong! What I have learned since then is that it is a tremendously vital part of my coaching journey. Not only am I sharing my ICA learning experience, but I am also sharing my approach, my philosophy, and what coaching means to me. This is tremendously valuable information!

So, what began as a graduation requirement has evolved into a community of people coming together to explore one of my favorite topics: coaching! Whether you are a fellow coach, a prospective client, or considering becoming a coach yourself I invite you to join the community through sharing your insights and wisdom by posting your comments.
